• The candidate must be a graduate and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
• Percentage of Marks: Minimum 60% marks or equivalent for the Bachelor’s Degree and minimum pass marks for CS.
• Degree/Membership examination should be from a recognized/deemed university.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience as Company Secretary in a government organization as of 01-10-2025.
