Age Limits

• General / OBC / EWS: 27 years (as on 01-05-2026)
• SC / ST: up to 32 years (5 years relaxation)
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): up to 30 years (3 years relaxation)
• Ex-Serviceman: up to 32 years (5 years relaxation)

Educational Qualification

• Graduation from any recognized Board/University/Institution with minimum 60% marks for General/OBC/EWS candidates and minimum 55% marks for SC/ST candidates.

Experience

• Fresher (no prior experience required)

Language and Skills

• Ability to read/speak English, Hindi and/or local language

Citizenship

• Candidate must be an Indian citizen. Those not willing to serve on an All India Basis need not apply.

Selection Process and Key Conditions

Selection Process

• Higher graduation percentage preferred; selection based on merit after an online interaction/interview.
• Final engagement subject to successful completion of certifications and a surety bond.

Important Instructions

• Only online applications through the AAICLAS portal are accepted.
• Apply for a single location only.
• Maintain an active email ID throughout the process; communications will be via email and the official website.
• If selected, a surety bond of ₹1,50,000 must be submitted on non-judicial stamp paper for non-completion of the 3-year engagement period.
• The job is transferable to any station within India as per AAICLAS management discretion.
• No TA/DA will be paid for the selection process.
• Candidates must obtain an NOC if currently employed in Government/PSU/Autonomous bodies.

Training and Remuneration Overview

• Training stipend: ₹15,000 per month (reduced to ₹10,000 if the candidate fails the 1st certification attempt).
• After certification, consolidated pay ranges from ₹30,000 to ₹34,000 per month across the 3 years, plus benefits such as TA/DA, lodging, PF, medical insurance, and gratuity where applicable.
