Age Limits

• Minimum age: 21 years for all posts.
• Maximum age: 40 years for Deputy Project Director, Accountant cum Clerk, and Computer Programmer; 45 years for Block Technology Manager and Assistant Technology Manager (as on 01-01-2025). Age is calculated based on matriculation HSLC admit card/certificate.

Eligibility per post

Deputy Project Director

• Post-graduate in Agriculture/Allied Sector. Minimum 5 years of managerial or supervisory experience in Agriculture and Allied Sector. Experience in BTMs with 5 years is also eligible.

Accountant cum Clerk

• B.Com. Minimum 3 years of experience in accountancy in a reputed organization.

Computer Programmer

• B.Tech in Computer Science or MCA. 1 year experience for B.Tech; 2 years for MCA.

Block Technology Manager

• Postgraduate in Agriculture & Allied Sector with computer skills or Agri graduate with a minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Minimum 2 years field experience in agriculture-related activities.

Assistant Technology Manager

• Graduate (Agriculture/Allied Sector) or Postgraduate (Agriculture/Allied Sector). Minimum 1 year of experience in agriculture-related activities.

Candidates must meet the prescribed qualification and experience on the date of submission of their application.

General Information and Instructions

• Engagement is contractual for an initial period of 11 months, extendable based on performance and project continuation.
• Selected candidates are not entitled to regular government service absorption in the future.
• One candidate can apply for only one post since all exams will be held on the same date/time.
• Valid applications and scrutiny outcomes will be posted on the AAU website (www.aau.ac.in).
• No TA/DA for the written test.
• Selected candidates must sign a Contract Agreement on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 20/-.
