Eligibility Criteria

• Junior Research Fellow: Postgraduate degree in Basic Science OR Graduate/Postgraduate degree in a Professional Course AND qualified through CSIR-UGC NET (including Assistant Professorship) and GATE, or via a national-level examination conducted by Central Government or its agencies (ICMR, DBT, DAE, DST, IIT, IISER, NISER, IISc, etc.).

Experience (desirable)

• Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture, primary immune cell isolation (T cells/NK cells), and aseptic processing techniques.
• Experience in cell expansion, activation, lentiviral transduction, and cryopreservation of cell therapy products is desirable.
• Familiarity with feeder-based expansion systems, media optimization, and in-process monitoring of cell growth and viability.
• Working knowledge of GMP-compliant cleanroom practices, batch manufacturing records, and process documentation. Ability to work in a time-sensitive manufacturing environment and coordinate effectively with quality control teams.
