Eligibility

Eligibility by Post

  • Principal Private Secretary (PPS): Stenographers who have pensionary benefits and hold an analogous post on regular basis, or have six years regular service in the Level-8 Pay Matrix, or seven years in Level-7; computer operation knowledge is desirable.
  • Tribunal Officer/Section Officer: Regular service in an analogous post or Level-5 Pay Matrix (Rs 29200-92300) with five years’ service; degree of a recognized university; two years’ experience in personnel, administrative or judicial work; Law degree desirable.
  • Assistant: Regular service in an analogous post or Upper Division Clerk in Level-4 (Rs 25500-81100) with 10 years’ service; degree from a recognized university; two years’ experience in establishment, administration or accounts.
  • Tribunal Master/Stenographers Grade-I: Analogous post or Level-4 Pay Matrix (Rs 25500-81100) with 10 years’ service.
  • Junior Accounts Officer: Regular service in Level-5 (Rs 29200-92300) with six years’ service; training in cash and accounts work; two years’ experience in cash, accounts and budget work.
  • Junior Accountant: Regular service in Level-4 (Rs 25500-81100) with five years’ service; bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • Stenographer Grade-II: 12th class pass with computer-based skill test; dictation and transcription requirements; computer training of at least six months; regular posts in Central/State government or tribunals/authorities.
  • UDC: Regular service in Level-4 or equivalent; qualifications as specified in the notification.
  • LDC: 12th pass; typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi; computer training of at least six months; regular posts in Central/State government or tribunals/authorities.
  • Data Entry Operator: 12th pass; IT or computer diploma/certificate; minimum data entry speed as specified; regular posts in central/state bodies or courts.
  • Staff Car Driver: 10th pass; three years’ driving experience; valid driving license; knowledge of motor mechanism.
  • Library Attendant: 10th pass; one year of library experience; regular Group ‘C’ service in government bodies.
  • Despatch Rider: 10th pass; ability to read English/Hindi/Regional language; valid driving license for two-wheeler or three-wheeler; driving experience.
  • MTS/Peon: 10th pass; regular service in government or tribunals or statutory bodies or courts as applicable.
