Eligibility

• Post: Manager - Legal & Corporate (MLC)
• Education: Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) OR Master of Business Administration (full-time) with specialization in Legal & Regulatory matters. Preference given to candidates with LLM or CS with LLB.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Legal, Corporate Governance, and Compliance, preferably in a listed company or reputed legal firm. Experience with Indian Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other Indian corporate laws is desirable.
• Additional Preference: Candidates from Central/State/Public Sector Enterprises at E-2 level or above, or from Private Sector with 5+ years PQE, including 2 years as a Manager in Legal Department.
