Eligibility Details

Qualifications

Full-time Bachelor's Degree in any discipline plus Associate/Fellow Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Preference will be given to candidates holding a law degree.

Essential qualifications

Associate/Fellow Membership of ICSI.

Desirable

Degree in Law.

Experience

Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience (ACS) related to Company Secretarial functions in a company with paid-up share capital of Rs. 100 crore or more, or turnover of Rs. 1000 crore or more in any of the last three financial years (2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25). Preference given to candidates with aviation industry experience, preferably in MRO.
