Age Details

• Professor & Additional Professor (Direct): Not exceeding 55 years
• Associate Professor (Direct): Not exceeding 50 years
• Assistant Professor (Direct): Not exceeding 45 years
• Deputation: Not exceeding 58 years

Eligibility Details

Professor (Direct)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Ayurveda recognized under Schedule II of IMCC Act, 1970/NCISM Act, 2020
• MD/MS (Ay.) recognized by CCIM/NCISM in the concerned subject
• PhD in the concerned subject
• Fourteen years full-time PG teaching and/or research experience
• Minimum 10 published research papers (UGC CARE listed journals; excluding PG/PhD work)

Additional Professor (Direct)

• Degree in Ayurveda recognized under Schedule-II of CCIM Act 1970/NCISM 2020
• MD/MS (Ay.) in the concerned subject
• Ten years full-time PG teaching and/or research experience
• Minimum 8 published research papers in UGC CARE listed journals excluding PG/PhD work

Associate Professor (Direct)

• Degree in Ayurveda recognized under Schedule II of CCIM Act, 1970/NCISM Act 2020
• MD/MS (Ay.) in the concerned subject
• Six years PG teaching and/or research experience
• Minimum 5 published research papers in UGC CARE listed journals excluding PG and PhD work

Assistant Professor (Direct)

• Degree in Ayurveda recognized under Schedule II of CCIM Act, 1970/NCISM Act 2020
• MD/MS (Ay.) in the concerned subject
• Three years PG teaching and/or research experience
• Minimum 3 published research papers in UGC CARE listed journals excluding PG and PhD work

Desirable Qualifications

• PhD as applicable for each post and evidence of independent research projects, patents, and further research contributions as noted for each role
