Age Details

• Upper age limit for all Junior Resident posts: 30 years as on the last date of online application submission.

Eligibility Details

Junior Resident (Non-Academic)

• Medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act 1956; candidates with qualifications in Part II must also fulfil Section 13(3) conditions.
• Must be registered with the Central/State Medical Council.
• A valid qualification (pass certificate) as on the last date for receipt of applications.

Junior Resident (Dentistry)

• Dental Degree (BDS) recognized by the Dental Council of India (DCI).
• BDS (including Internship) passed before the last date of application and within five years; valid State Dental Council registration and valid pass certificate as on the last date of receipt of applications.

Upper Age Limit

• 30 years as on the last date of submission of online applications; age relaxation as per Government of India rules with documentary proof.

Important Dates

• Advertisement Date: 17 December 2025
• Last date to apply online: 21 December 2025 by 12:00 Noon
• Reporting at AIIMS Bilaspur: 23 December 2025, 07:00-07:30 AM (candidates reporting after 07:30 AM will not be allowed)
• Written Examination/Interview: 23 December 2025 from 09:00 AM onwards

Application Fees

• Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): Exempted from payment of application fee.
• SC/ST: Rs. 590 (including GST @ 18%).
• Other categories: Rs. 1,180 (including GST @ 18%).
• Fee payment must be made through NEFT to: State Bank of India, Bilaspur; Account: Recruitment Fund, AIIMS Bilaspur; Account No.: 42734198120; IFSC: SBIN0063972.
• Fee is non-refundable. Proof of payment must be uploaded with the online application and produced during the interview.

Important Instructions

• Tenure for Junior Resident (Non-Academic) posts is six months and not extendable; appointment under Government of India Residency Scheme.
• Walk-in applications are not accepted; only Google Form submissions within the deadline will be considered.
• In case reserved-category candidates are unavailable, seats may be temporarily allotted to UR candidates for up to 44 days.
• Qualification is the minimum; mere possession does not guarantee selection. Canvassing will lead to disqualification.
• Private practice is strictly prohibited; appointees may be posted anywhere within the Institute.
• No travel or joining allowances will be paid for interview/joining; disputes fall under Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh courts.
• Candidates must bring original certificates for verification at the time of interview.
