Age Limits (as listed in the vacancy table)

• Blood Transfusion Officer: 21-40 years
• Senior Programmer: Not exceeding 50 years
• Public Relation Officer: 30-45 years
• Assistant Blood Transfusion Officer: 18-30 years
• Law Officer: 30-45 years
• Security Officer: 18-35 years
• Assistant Engineer (Electrical): Not exceeding 35 years
• Sanitation Officer: Not more than 50 years
• Biomedical Engineer: 21-35 years
• Laundry Manager: Up to 50 years
• Perfusionist: 18-30 years (relaxable up to 40 years for AIIMS employees)

Age relaxations applicable as per government rules.

General Eligibility

• All posts are contractual and recruitments are on a 11-month contract basis, extendable yearly or till regular appointments are made.

Post-wise Qualifications (summary)

• Blood Transfusion Officer: Medical degree as per IMC Act, 1956; experience in Blood Bank preferred.
• Senior Programmer: BE/B.Tech/MCA/B.Sc with Diploma in Computer Applications; extensive IT/Networking experience.
• Public Relation Officer: Postgraduate qualification in Public Relations/Journalism with 10 years of PR experience.
• Assistant Blood Transfusion Officer: Medical qualification per IMC Act with registration and Blood Bank experience.
• Law Officer: Law degree with minimum 6 years legal practice.
• Security Officer: Degree; relevant police/armed forces/paramilitary background preferred.
• Assistant Engineer (Electrical): Electrical Engineering degree with project design/engineering experience.
• Sanitation Officer: Class 12 pass, Sanitation-related diploma, 10 years sanitation experience in hospital settings.
• Biomedical Engineer: BE/B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering or Diploma with 2 years relevant experience.
• Laundry Manager: 12th pass plus Dry Cleaning/Laundry Diploma; 12 years of mechanized laundry experience.
• Perfusionist: B.Sc. with recognized perfusion technology certification and 1 year clinical perfusion experience.
