Eligibility

Essential Qualification

• Master of Public Health (MPH) or Master of Science (MSc) in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of experience in qualitative and quantitative research projects/programmes at the state level, including health-related field-based data collection.

Desirable Skills

• Proficiency in data management and analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SPSS, STATA).
• Ability to liaise and coordinate with multiple stakeholders at the state and national levels.
• Fluency in local languages and dialects, with strong communication for field engagement.
