Educational Qualifications

A. For Dental Surgery posts

• A recognised Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree included in Part-I of the Dentists Act, 1948 (16 of 1948).
• A recognised Dental qualification upto 01.11.1972 under Part-II of the Schedule to the Dentists Act, 1948 (16 of 1948).
• A recognised Dental qualification granted by authority or institution outside India only when granted to a citizen of India upto 13.08.2009 under Part-III of the Schedule to the Dentists Act, 1948 (16 of 1948).
• A post-graduate degree in Dental Surgery from a recognised University or Institution.

Nursing Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing from a recognised Institution/University
• Registered Nurse Midwife
• Five years’ experience with a minimum of two years teaching experience in Nursing from a recognised institute (Nursing Council/State Nursing Council).

General

• Teaching/research experience as applicable and recognized by relevant councils and institutes.
