Age Limit

Essential qualifications

• ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) / GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) / BSc Nursing from a recognized institute with a minimum of 2 years of clinical or research experience.
• BPT / BSc in Life Sciences / Health Sciences / BHMS / BAMS or equivalent from a recognized university with a minimum of 2 years of clinical or research experience.

Desirable qualifications

• Experience in clinical data collection, consenting, documentation and patient follow-up in medical research projects.
• Trained in cervical cancer screening methods such as VIA-VILI.
• Prior experience in Pap smear collection or use of a speculum is highly desirable.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain both physical and electronic records.
• Proficiency in Hindi, English and Marathi (local language).
