Age Limit

• General/Unreserved: 45 years as on closing date (17/09/2026).
• DM/M.Ch holders: 45 years.
• SC/ST: 45 years + 5 years relaxation.
• OBC: 45 years + 3 years relaxation.
• PwD: Up to 10/13/15 years relaxation as applicable. No age relaxation is admissible for SC/ST/OBC against unreserved vacancies.

General Eligibility

• Indian nationals with a postgraduate medical degree (MD/MS/DNB) in the relevant discipline from a recognized university/institute. NMC/MCI/State Medical Council registration is mandatory before joining if selected.

Other Eligibility Conditions

• Applicant must be an Indian National.
• Candidates must be declared successful in their qualifying degree and complete tenure on or before the closing date.
• No Senior Residency completed previously will be counted towards the tenure.
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from current employer is required at interview for those already in government/semi-government/autonomous service.
• No criminal conviction; multiple post applications allowed only with separate applications.

Application Fee

• SC/ST: Rs. 250
• PwD: Exempted The fee is non-refundable and must be paid online via NEFT to the specified AIIMS Nagpur bank account.

Important Instructions

• Pay the applicable application fee online via NEFT to the AIIMS Nagpur bank account provided in the notification.
• Complete Annexure I form on the AIIMS Nagpur website, scan payment receipt, and submit the documents online via the Google Form by 17 September 2026, 5:00 PM.
• Candidates applying for multiple posts must submit separate applications for each post.
• Bring original certificates and one set of self-attested copies to the interview. No separate intimation will be sent to candidates; results will be displayed on the institute website.
• NOC from current employer is required for candidates already employed in government/semi-government/autonomous bodies.
