• B.Sc. in Hematology and Transfusion Medicine
• M.Sc. in Transfusion Medicine
• Post Graduate Diploma in Transfusion Technology (PGDTT) approved by Central or State Government
• At least 2 years of experience in testing of blood and its components and apheresis from a licensed Blood Centre
