Age Limit

Project Coordinator

• 1st Class Master’s degree in Public Health or Master’s in Hospital Administration or a qualification related to Public Health.
• 5-8 years of progressive experience.
• Ability to design and execute independent research studies and policy-centered work.
• Capability to work in a diverse, inter-disciplinary environment and supervise data quality at field sites, perform data analysis, and prepare technical reports/manuscripts.
• Desirable: PhD in Biostatistics & Demography; experience in public policy, governance, health systems (preferably with state government, international agencies, or leading academic institutions); strong understanding of civil registration systems, gender rights frameworks, and the Transgender Persons Act; proven policy drafting capabilities; excellent writing and communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages; minimum of 5 PubMed publications.

Data Manager

• 1st Class Master’s in Public Health or related to Public Health, or MBA with a focus on data analytics.
• 5-8 years of progressive experience.
• Certificate, diploma, or hands-on experience in SPSS, Python, and advanced Excel.
• Desirable: 3-5 years of experience in data analysis/research or database administration.
• Soft skills: excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills to convey technical findings to stakeholders.
