Essential qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Optometry with a minimum of three years of clinical experience, OR Master’s degree in Optometry (M.Optom)
• Hands-on experience in operating ophthalmic diagnostic instruments including: Fundus Camera, OCT, Visual Field Analyzer

Desirable qualifications

• Experience in clinical data collection and patient recruitment
• Familiarity with glaucoma-related parameters such as IOP, RNFL thickness, cup-disc ratio, VFI, MD, PSD, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and basic data processing tools
• Working knowledge of image formats (DICOM, JPEG, TIFF) and data management software used in clinical research
• Strong understanding of ophthalmic imaging principles and clinical data workflows
• Ability to collaborate effectively with AI researchers, data scientists, and clinicians to ensure data readiness for model development
