Age Details

• ANM: 18-38 years for female candidates.
• Laboratory Assistant: 18-33 years for male candidates; 18-38 years for female candidates.

Educational Qualifications

• ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery): Senior Secondary Examination (XIIth Std.) with a valid ANM certificate.
• Laboratory Assistant: Senior Secondary Examination (XIIth Std.) with Science subjects and a 2-year Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT).

• ANM (female): 18-38 years
• Laboratory Assistant (male): 18-33 years; (female): 18-38 years

How to Apply (Offline)

1. Download the prescribed application format from the official DHS Andaman & Nicobar website.
2. Fill out the form with accurate personal, educational, and contact details; affix a recent passport-size photo.

4. Submit the completed application at the Directorate of Health Services, A&N Administration, Sri Vijaya Puram, by 21.09.2026, 4:00 PM.
