Age Details

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years
• Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/Women as per government norms

Research Associate (RA) under GKMS Scheme

• Post-Graduation Degree (M.Sc.) in Agrometeorology from a recognized university. If candidates with Agrometeorology are not available, candidates with qualifications in Agronomy, Meteorology, or Agriculture Physics may be considered.
• Additional preference for candidates with knowledge/experience in meteorological data processing, interpretation with field data, agricultural knowledge, remote sensing, crop simulation modelling, and computer knowledge. A published research paper in SCI/NAAS (≥4) is preferred.

Agromet Observer

• 10+2 from the science stream OR Diploma in Agriculture from a recognized university/institution, along with computer knowledge.
• Preference for candidates with experience in recording meteorological data, documentation, Agrometeorological data analysis, and report writing.
