Educational Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a relevant subject OR
• Master’s degree in Food Engineering / Food Process Engineering / Dairy & Food Engineering / Agricultural Process & Food Engineering / Post Harvest Engineering with at least 55% marks AND
• Bachelor’s degree (4/5 years) in Food Technology / Agricultural Engineering with first division
• Minimum 3 years teaching/research experience
• Published one research paper in SCI / NAAS rated ≥4.0 journal
