Age Limits

• General Broad and Super Specialties: 44 years (as of 10-07-2026).
• Pre-clinical and Para-clinical subjects (Anatomy, Physiology, Pharmacology, Pathology, Microbiology, Forensic Medicine): 50 years (as of 10-07-2026).

Educational Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree MD/MS in the relevant specialty, or a DNB in Broad Specialties issued by a medical institution with an attached hospital, or by a hospital with 500+ beds, as per the Teachers Eligibility Qualifications in Medical Institutions Regulations, 2022.
• Registration with the Andhra Pradesh Medical Council is mandatory.
