Age Limits

• B.P.Ed: Minimum 19 years as on 01 July 2026 (no upper age limit typically mentioned).
• D.P.Ed: Minimum 16 years as on 01 July 2026 (upper age limit usually not specified).

Educational Qualifications

• For B.P.Ed (2 years): Candidates must have appeared in or passed a three-year degree examination recognized by a university in Andhra Pradesh or an equivalent recognized university.
• For D.P.Ed / U.G.D.P.Ed (2 years): Candidates must have appeared in or passed Intermediate (10+2) or an equivalent course recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
