Age Limit

• Upper age limit: 42 years as on 01-03-2026.

Educational Qualifications

• General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) or B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with APNMC or the relevant council.

Residency/Other Requirements

• The appointment is on a contract basis initially for one year.

• Proforma/Notification available from: 17 March 2026 (10:00 AM) on cfw.ap.nic.in
• Last Date to Submit Application: 25 March 2026 by 05:00 PM
• Merit List Validity: One year from the date of website publication
• Tenure of Appointment: Initially 1 year from joining (extendable)

Application Fees

• OC (Open Category): ₹500 (Demand Draft)
• SC / ST / BC / Physically Challenged: ₹300 (Demand Draft)
• Fee is to be paid by Demand Draft in favor of the Regional Director of Medical & Health Services of the concerned Zone.

Other Instructions

• Applications must be submitted offline only. No online submissions will be entertained.
• Submit the completed application to the Office of the Regional Director of Medical and Health Services, Aswini Hospital Backside, Old Itukulabatti Road, Guntur, by 25-03-2026, 05:00 PM.
• Ensure all documents are clear and self-attested copies are enclosed. Missing documents will lead to rejection.
• Download the application proforma from the official portal (cfw.ap.nic.in) and fill it as prescribed.
• Weightage for contract/outsourcing/honorarium service may be considered; original service certificates must be attached.
• Reservations will follow AP State and Subordinate Services Rules, including BC/SC/ST/EWS/Ex-Servicemen/Differently Abled, per GO orders.
• The Selection Committee reserves the right to terminate contract services with one month’s notice or as per government directions.
• Stay at the Bonafide Head Quarters if selected and comply with government rules in force.
