  • Professor: Ph.D. in a relevant discipline, minimum 10 years of teaching/research experience, 10 publications, and a research score of 120.
  • Lecturer (RGUKT): Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in a relevant discipline with First Class or equivalent.
  • Assistant Librarian: Master’s degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science with 55% marks and NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D. Notes: Eligibility varies by post and follows university and UGC/AICTE norms.
