Qualification by Post

Executive Officer Grade-III

• Bachelor's Degree from a University in India established/incorporated by a Central, State, or Provincial Act, or any UGC-recognised institution, or an equivalent qualification.

District Probation Officer Grade-II / Intake Probation Officer

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Psychology, or any graduation with an M.A. in Social Work or Psychology, or an M.A. with specialization in Criminology or Correctional Administration, from a University in India established/incorporated by a Central, State, or Provincial Act.

Industrial Promotion Officer

• Not specified in Brief Notification; details to be published in Detailed Notification.

Supervisor Grade-I (Only for Women)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Home Science, B.S.W., Sociology, or related B.Sc. streams in Food Science & Nutrition/Applied Nutrition/Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics/Food Technology with Botany/Zoology/Chemistry/Bio-Chemistry as per relevant GO.

Forest Section Officer

• Bachelor’s degree with Botany, Forestry, Horticulture, Zoology, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics, Geology, or Agriculture; or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/Civil).

Draughtsman Grade-II (Technical Assistant)

• ITI in Draughtsman (Civil) or equivalent trade certificate.

Forest Beat Officer

• Intermediate or equivalent; physical requirements as per Detailed Notification.

Forest Range Officer

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Botany, Chemistry, Computer Applications/Computer Science, Engineering (various branches), Environmental Science, Forestry, Geology, Horticulture, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Veterinary Science, or Zoology.
