Age Limit

• Minimum: 21 years
• Maximum: 38 years as on 01-01-2026

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC/MOBC: 3 years
• PwBD: 10 years
• Ex-Servicemen: Up to 50 years for Unreserved, relaxable further by 3 years (OBC/MOBC) and 5 years (SC/ST) as applicable

Educational Qualification

• Full-time Diploma course in Engineering from any Government or AICTE-approved polytechnic or institution recognized by the government.
• Diploma duration must be a minimum of 3 years after HSLC or equivalent, or 2 years (Base) + 2 years (Diploma) from a government/AICTE-approved institution.
• Minimum 60% marks in the qualifying Diploma examination (50% for SC/ST candidates).

• Junior Manager (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Junior Manager (Mechanical): Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Junior Manager (Information Technology): Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology / Computer Technology
• Junior Manager (Instrumentation): Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering
• Junior Manager (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering

Application Fee

• SC/ST/BPL/PwBD: ₹47.20 (CSC processing fee only)

• Fee relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC/BPL requires category certificate issued by the competent authority.
• Fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
