• Office Subordinate: SSC or equivalent
• Sweeper, Scavenger, Cook, Dhobi, Barber: 7th Class / Read & Write, with additional professional skills where applicable

General eligibility for all posts

• The candidate must be of sound health and free from disqualifying defects.
• The candidate’s character and antecedents must qualify them for service.
• The candidate must be a citizen of India.
• Bigamous marriage status and prior dismissals from government service disqualify eligibility.
• Local candidate status will be determined according to the Presidential Order for East Godavari district. Non-Local candidates are also eligible where applicable.
