Important Instructions

• Applicants must register in the application portal only once for all advertisements. Candidature will be cancelled if an applicant generates multiple application IDs using different mobile numbers.
• Register with the name exactly as per HSLC certificate. Father’s and Mother’s names must be entered correctly.
• Use a valid mobile number and provide the required information accurately (employment exchange number, highest qualification, permanent district, gender, caste/category, date of birth, Aadhaar number).
• After registration, an Application ID will be generated; keep it safe for future reference.
• Log in with the Application ID or registered mobile number and date of birth. Keep the mobile number active until recruitment ends.
• After login, complete the steps: apply for the advertisement, upload documents, select post preferences (if applicable), fill in personal details, upload photograph and signature, enter academic details, generate OTP, and download the acknowledgement slip.
• Mandatory documents to upload: latest passport-size photograph (max 450 KB, JPEG/JPG/PNG), digital signature (max 100 KB, JPEG/JPG/PNG), proof of age (admit card/HSLC certificate or equivalent), educational qualification certificates, Employment Exchange registration card, Aadhaar card, and caste certificate if applicable (issued by competent authority).
