Age Details

• Public age limit: Below 45 years as on 01-01-2026.
• For the alternative qualification for BTM (Agriculture Graduates with 5 years of ATM experience), the upper age limit of 45 years will not be applicable.

Eligibility Details

Block Technology Manager (BTM)

• Qualification: Postgraduate in Agriculture or allied sectors (e.g., Horticulture, Veterinary & Animal Science, Fisheries, Sericulture) with computer skill (minimum six months computer training certificate).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of field experience in agriculture-related activities.
• Alternative: Agriculture Graduates with at least 5 years of experience as ATM.

Assistant Technology Manager (ATM)

• Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in Agriculture & Allied sectors (e.g., Horticulture, Veterinary & Animal Science, Fisheries, Sericulture).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in agriculture-related activities.

Computer Programmer (CP)

• Qualification: B.Tech or MCA.
• Experience: 1 year for B.Tech; 2 years for MCA.

Accountant cum Clerk (AC)

• Qualification: Graduate, preferably B.Com.
• Experience: 3 years of accounting experience in a reputed organization.

General Information and Instructions

• Proficiency in Bengali (reading and writing) and Indian citizenship are required.
• Engagement is contractual for six months, subject to performance evaluation and project continuation.

• Remuneration is consolidated and paid from the SMAE KRISHONNATI YOJANA funds as per Government of India norms.
• Engagement may be terminated at any time if ATMA in the state of West Bengal is discontinued.
• Successful candidates will be considered full-time workers of ATMA for the post and will not be allowed to work with other organizations.
• The Authority reserves the right to terminate engagement if any information is found to be incorrect.
