Eligibility Details

General Manager (HR & Admin)

• Master’s Degree/Postgraduate in Business Administration with specialization in HRM or equivalent.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in HRM/Personnel Management including office administration in a government or reputable private organization.
• Preference for experience in externally aided projects. No age bar for deserving candidates.

General Manager (Urban Reforms)

• MBA (IT/Marketing) or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of enterprise IT systems, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital platforms in the public sector.
• Preference given to candidates with a degree/diploma in Public Policy and Management/Public Administration/Urban Planning.
• Project Management Certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, Prince2) are preferred.
• At least 15 years of overall experience in urban governance, public sector reforms, project management, or related areas; minimum 5 years leading large-scale technology/reforms projects; vendor/contract management and IT e-Governance experience.
• No age bar for deserving candidates.

Deputy General Manager (Procurement)

• First-class Civil Engineering graduate with Advanced Certification in Public Procurement/PDPP or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in public procurement for or on behalf of the Government of Assam.
• Adequate experience in EAP procurements or procurements for MDB-funded projects.
• No age bar for deserving candidates.
