Eligibility by Post

Sr. Manager (IT)

• Essential Qualification: Full-time Regular B.E./B.Tech (Computers/IT) or MCA from AICTE/UGC/MHRD/Govt. approved institute/university
• Essential Experience: 5 years post-qualification in IT; experience in IT operations, supervising technology teams, large IT projects; knowledge of security, networks, databases, telecom systems

Executive (Corporate Communication)

• Essential Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (min. 60%) + Two Year Master's Degree or Two Year Diploma (min. 65%) in Mass Communication / Journalism / Advertising & Public Relations
• Essential Experience: 5 years in Corporate Imaging / In-House Communication / Newsletter & publication design / Media management

Legal Expert

• Essential Qualification: LLB with minimum 60% marks; registered with Bar Council of India
• Essential Experience: 3 years in legal work in Govt./PSU/Statutory Body; knowledge of corporate, commercial, labour, taxation, contract and arbitration laws

Executive (Official Language)

• Essential Qualification: Master’s degree in Hindi (with English as compulsory/elective) or in English (with Hindi as compulsory/elective) or other subject with Hindi/English medium; 03 years of translation/terminological work experience
• Essential Experience: 3 years in Hindi-English translation/terminological work in Govt./PSU/Autonomous Body/University

Jr. Executive (HR)

• Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Personnel/IR/PM & IR (min. 60%)
• Essential Experience: 2 years in HR/Establishment in Govt./Academic/PSU/Private sector; knowledge of CCS Rules, PSEB Rules, reservation policies, ERP/HRMS
• Desirable: MBA/PG in HRM

Important Instructions

• The appointment is purely temporary and on contract basis; there is no right to an extension or absorption in AWEIL.
• The contract can be terminated with 1 month’s notice or payment in lieu; leaving candidates must give 3 months’ notice or pay correspondingly.
• Selected candidates must sign a contractual agreement.
• NOC from current employer is mandatory for Govt./PSU employees at interview stage.
• Hard copy applications submitted via Speed Post/Courier only; online or email applications are not accepted.
• AWEIL reserves the right to reject any application at any stage without assigning reason.
• New Labour Codes will be applicable to all newly engaged contract employees.
