• Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) from any bank (PSU / RRB / Private Banks / co-operative banks) up to Chief Manager/equivalent
• Retired clerks and equivalents of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with a good track record
• Rural banking experience of at least 3 years for all applicants
