Eligibility Details

• Graduation: Graduate degree from a recognized university. Preference will be given to Postgraduate candidates in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Sociology, Psychology, or Social Work.
• Language: Proficiency in the local language.
• Skills: Teaching aptitude and computer knowledge; sound understanding of banking, insurance, investment, pension, and financial concepts; good communication and team-building abilities.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in banking/financial fields. This can be as an ex-banker in a nationalized bank, RRB, or private bank, or in related fields with NBFCs/FIs; experience as a BC-Coordinator, or as an Ex RSETI Director or Faculty with at least 5 years (3 years for certain roles).
