Age Limit

Educational Qualifications

• Mandatory: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university or institute.
• Preferred: MBA from a reputed institute.

Experience

• Minimum 20 years of experience in BFSI, Shared Services, or allied regulated sectors with a strong track record of senior leadership.
• Preferably 10 years in leadership roles within Shared Services Centres (SSCs) of Financial Services institutions, including 3 years as COO of a large BFSI organization.

Skills

• Proven expertise in operations and service delivery, GRC, policy management, business planning and analysis, and client relationship management.
