Age Details

• Upper age limit: 64 years as on 01/12/2025 or date of joining after selection, whichever is later.
• Engagement may be renewed up to a maximum age of 65 years on satisfactory performance.

Eligibility Criteria

• Only retired employees of the Government of West Bengal are eligible.
• Eligible categories include: Retired Inspector BCW & TD, Extension Officers, Head Clerks, and U.D. Clerks of the Government of West Bengal.
• Last pay scale: Rs. 7,100 to Rs. 37,600 with Grade Pay Rs. 3,600 (ROPA 2009) or Level - 9 (ROPA 2019).
• Upper age limit is 64 years as on 01/12/2025, with engagement extendable up to 65 years on satisfactory performance.
• Special preference will be given to retired BCW & TD Department personnel.
