Age details

Professor

• Ph.D. in the relevant discipline
• Minimum 10 research publications in peer-reviewed journals
• Total research score of 120 as per UGC Regulation 2018
• At least 10 years of teaching/research experience as Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor
• Evidence of successfully guiding doctoral candidates
• Masters Degree with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD)

Associate Professor

• Ph.D. in the concerned/allied/relevant disciplines
• Masters Degree with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD)
• Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience
• Minimum 7 publications in peer-reviewed journals
• Total research score of 75 as per UGC Regulation 2018

Assistant Professor

• Masters degree with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD) in concerned/relevant/allied subject
• NET/SLET/SET conducted by UGC/CSIR OR Ph.D. awarded as per UGC Regulations 2009/2016 (exempted from NET)
• Ph.D. from a foreign university ranked in the top 500 World University Rankings (NET not required)

Research Associate

• Good academic record with Masters degree with 55% marks in Social Science
• NET/SLET/SET qualification OR Ph.D. Degree

Special Requirements

• Law: LL.M. in Law and Ph.D. in Law
• Education: M.Ed. or M.A. Education with B.Ed. plus Ph.D.
• Engineering: First class at Bachelor's or Master's level in relevant branch
• Pharmaceutical Science: B.Pharm., Registration as pharmacist under Pharmacy Act 1948, First Class M.Pharm.
