Age Policy

The applicable age limits are as per the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 and its amendments. Candidates should verify eligibility as of the last date of application.

Educational Qualifications

• 10th Class: Must have passed 10th class examination with a minimum of 40% marks from a recognized Board.
• ITI Certificate: Must possess a National Trade Certificate (NTC) in the notified trade issued by NCVT/SCVT in the respective trade.
• ITI Course Completion: Must have completed the relevant ITI course.
• Aadhaar Card: Mandatory for online registration.

Reservation shall be as per the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 and its amendments from time to time.

• Online Application Start Date: 08-05-2026
• Last Date for Online Application: 04-06-2026
• Training Duration: One year

Application Fees

There is no application fee for BBMB ITI Apprenticeship 2026-27.

How to Apply

1. Visit the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) Portal: https://apprenticeshipindia.gov.in
2. Register or login and apply online for the Dehar Power House Circle BBMB Slapper trade.
3. Ensure Aadhaar details are ready for registration.
4. Submit the application on or before 04-06-2026. No other mode of application will be accepted.

• 10th Mark Sheet
• ITI Certificate & Mark Sheets (NCVT/SCVT)
• Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC, if applicable)
• Residence/Domicile Certificate (if applicable)
• Aadhaar Card

Selection Process

There will be no written exam or interview. Selection is merit-based from the NAPS/NATS portal database, based on 10th class and ITI marks in the relevant trade.

Notes

• Selected apprentices will be registered under the NAPS Portal.
• Results will be published on the BBMB website via the System Software Manager, BBMB, Chandigarh.
