Eligibility

• Only permanent employees of BCCL HQ who meet the minimum prescribed qualification as of 30-09-2025 are eligible to apply.
• Assistant Foreman/Chargeman (Trainee Engineering - Electrical or Mechanical): Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (minimum 3 years).
• Helper Trainee (Category-I, Telecom Personnel): VIII Standard pass.
• Trainees are not eligible to apply.
• If applying for a lower post/grade after being selected for a higher one, an undertaking to accept the lower post/grade must be submitted; basic pay will be protected.
• Candidate must have at least a “GOOD” CR rating for the completed year of service; for those with more than 3 years of service, a “GOOD” CR for the last 3 years is required.
• Vigilance/Departmental clearance must be “Clear.”
• Educational certificates must be from government-recognized institutes and are subject to verification.
• Reservation quotas for SC/ST & PwD candidates will be as per government norms/guidelines.
