Eligibility Criteria

All Posts

• Only permanent employees who meet the minimum prescribed qualification as of 31-01-2026 may apply.
• Trainees are not eligible to apply.
• Candidate must have a minimum “GOOD” CR rating for the completed year of service; for those with more than 3 years of service, CR rating for the last 3 years will be required.
• Vigilance/Departmental Clearance must be clear.

Post-wise Qualifications

• Amin (Trainee): Matriculate or equivalent from any recognized Board; Amanat Examination Certificate.
• Armature Winder/Motor Winder Mazdoor, Cat. II: Non-ITI; Matriculate.
• EP Mazdoor, Cat. II: Non-ITI.
• Pump Operator, Cat. II: Literate (Class VIII pass).
• Room Boy, Cat. I: Literate (Class VIII pass).
• Peon/Chaprasi T&S Gr "H": Minimum VIII standard.
• Helper Elect., Cat. II: Literate and Matric with ITI.
• Coal Sampler, Cat. II: Matriculate (preferably).

Important Dates

• Start Date of Submission of Applications: 30-03-2026
• Last Date of receipt of Applications to respective HODs: 15-04-2026
• Last Date of receipt of Applications with all relevant documents at NEE Dept., BCCL, HQ: 15-04-2026
