Age Limit

• Upper age limit for Dy. Manager (E-IV): 36 years as on 01-01-2026
• PwBD, OBC (NCL), SC/ST, and EWS relaxations are applicable as per government norms (3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, 10 years for PwBD with 40% disability, with applicable relaxations for OBC/EWS).

Educational Qualifications

• Dy. Manager (E-IV): BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in Aerospace Engineering, from AICTE-approved colleges or an acknowledged university.

Post-specific Requirements

• Dy. Manager (E-IV): Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC) - BE/B.Tech / ME/M.Tech in Aerospace Engineering
• Dy. Manager (E-IV): Aerodynamics - BE/B.Tech / ME/M.Tech in Aerospace or Aeronautical Engineering

Experience

• BE/B.Tech - Minimum 8 years of relevant post-qualification industrial experience
• ME/M.Tech - Minimum 6 years of relevant post-qualification industrial experience

General Skills

• Strong understanding of classical and modern control theory; familiarity with guidance algorithms, Kalman filtering, and control system design
• MATLAB/Simulink proficiency for modeling, simulation, state estimation, and code generation; programming experience in C/C++, Python, MATLAB
• Experience with MIL/SIL/PIL/HIL simulations, flight-test data analysis, CFD/FEA tools, and aeroelastic concepts

• AICTE-approved qualifications or recognized university credentials are required for eligibility.
