Age Limit

Maximum age: 37 years for General candidates as on 01-01-2026. Age relaxations apply as per government guidelines (OBC/NCL, SC/ST, PwD).

Essential Qualification

PhD degree awarded in Aerospace / Civil Aviation, AI, Communication, Cyber Security, Robotics/Autonomous Systems or Quantum Technology from a recognized university/college.

Desirable Experience

Minimum 4 years of post-qualification Industry experience in relevant domains. Academic/Teaching/Research experience, banking, internships, or contractual work in BEL or other PSUs is not considered relevant.

Note

Only post-qualification industrial experience in the relevant domain will be considered.

Application Fee

GEN / OBC (NCL): ₹750 (non-refundable). SC / ST / PwBD: Exempted. Payment to be made via SBI Collect.

4. Send the completed application by post to the Deputy General Manager (HR&A/CRL), Central Research Laboratory, Bharat Electronics Limited, Site IV, Industrial Area, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad - 201010 (UP).
5. Superscribe the envelope with: “Application for the post of Member (Research Staff) in E-III Grade”.
6. Ensure the last date for receipt is 02-04-2026.
