Age Details

• Maximum age for UR/EWS: 28 years as on 01-01-2026.
• Age relaxation: OBC - 3 years; SC/ST - 5 years; PwBD - 10 years (subject to 40% disability or more).
• Proof of age: SSLC/SSC/ISC or other valid documents.

Eligibility Details

Trainee Engineer-I

• Essential Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc Engineering (4-year course) in relevant discipline with PASS class.
• Experience: No experience required.
• Disciplines Accepted: Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation, Applied Electronics & Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Telecommunication; Mechanical; Computer Science; Electrical; Chemical.
• Important: AICTE/UGC approved college/institute or recognized university.
• Note: If the degree discipline/specialization does not tally with the prescribed discipline, eligibility may be affected.

Trainee Officer-I

• Essential Qualification: MBA in Finance with PASS class.
• Experience: No experience required.

General Requirements

• Pass class in respective discipline.
• Attach provisional/final degree certificate with marks and percentage; provide percentage if CGPA/DGPA/OGPA is used.
• B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc Engineering (4-year)/MBA Finance pursuing candidates are not eligible for these posts.

Application Fee

• Post: Trainee Engineer/Officer-I
• Fee: Rs. 150 + 18% GST
• Exemption: SC/ST/PwBD categories are exempted from payment.
• Payment: SBI Collect (online). Enter SBI Collect reference No. in the application form. Fee once paid is non-refundable.
• Additional notes: Attach e-challan with the application; ensure the same mobile number and email id are used in SBI Collect and application form. Fee payment after 09-01-2026 will not be considered.

General Information and Instructions

• Only Indian nationals can apply.
• Post-qualification experience, age, or other purposes will consider 01-01-2026 as the crucial date.
• The number of posts may vary at the time of selection. 4% of posts are reserved for PwBD as per government guidelines.
• Posts are for various customer sites across India; willingness to work anywhere in India is required.
• BEL reserves the right to change criteria, cancel or modify posts without prior notice. Canvassing will lead to disqualification.
• Selected candidates must be covered under a medical insurance scheme; a life cover is also provided.
• BEL may debar/disqualify candidates at any stage of the process.
• No separate communication will be made for non-selection.

How to Apply

• Pre-register via QR code provided in the advertisement by 09-01-2026.
• Bring a filled application form and self-attested copies of required documents to the walk-in selection on 11-01-2026 at 9:00 AM, BEL Ghaziabad.
• Required documents include identity proof, age proof, educational certificates, degree certificates, mark sheets, caste/disability certificates (if applicable), No Objection Certificate if working in PSUs/Govt, salary slips, and any other relevant certificates.
