Age Details (as on 10-07-2026)

• GEN/EWS: up to 29 years
• OBC: up to 32 years
• SC/ST: up to 34 years
• PwD: relaxation as per category (up to +10 years, with a minimum 40% disability)

Educational Qualification (Applicable to All Trades)

• First-class (60%) marks in the respective ITI trade, along with a National Trade Certificate (NTC) issued by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT).
• Completion of Apprenticeship with a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in the respective trade issued by the Directorate General of Training (DGT).
• ITI course completed under the Conventional Training Pattern of the Craftsmen Training Scheme as a regular candidate.

Candidates from SC/ST/PwD categories get a 5% relaxation in the minimum qualifying percentage (55% instead of 60%).

• GEN/EWS: 29 years
• SC/ST: 34 years
• OBC: 32 years

PwD candidates receive an additional 10 years of relaxation over the applicable category, subject to a minimum 40% disability.

Application Fee

• GEN / EWS / OBC: Rs. 200 (Non-refundable)
• SC / ST / PwD: Not Applicable (Exempted)

Fees are to be paid online at the end of the application form.

Other Instructions

• The engagement is on tenure basis for a maximum of four years and does not confer regular employee status.
• Written test, document verification, and pre-employment medical examination form the selection process. Shortlisting is based on the written test performance.
• Ensure all information is accurate and that you meet the eligibility criteria as of 10 July 2026. Requests for category, address, email, or test centre changes are not entertained after submission.
• Prepare required documents in advance (ITI/NAC/NTC certificates, identity proofs, category certificates, CGPA conversion, etc.).
