BFUHS Dental Mechanic Recruitment 2026 - Apply Online for 1 Post

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 37 years
• Age relaxation as per Punjab Government rules for those already contracted on the same post in BFUHS and its constituent institutes/hospitals.

Educational Qualifications

• Should have passed 10+2 (Medical) or equivalent from a recognized Board/University/Institution.
• Must have completed a Dental Mechanic course from an institution recognized by the Dental Council of India (DCI).

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Technician in a recognized institution.

Language Proficiency

• Must have Punjabi language proficiency up to Matriculation or an equivalent level at the time of applying.

Application Fee

• ₹2,360 (₹2,000 + ₹360 GST @ 18%)

How to Apply

1. Visit the official BFUHS portal or recruitment portal: bfuhs.ggsmch.org or www.bfuhs.ac.in.
2. Navigate to Recruitment/Careers and select the notification for Dental Mechanic - BFU-26/01.
3. Click Apply Online and complete the registration (if applying for the first time).
4. Fill the application form with accurate personal, educational and experience details.
5. Upload required documents and pay the application fee of ₹2,360 online.
6. Review and submit the form, then download the confirmation page for reference.

Documents Required

• 10+2 (Medical) certificate and marks sheet
• Dental Mechanic Course Diploma/Certificate from a DCI-recognized institution
• Experience certificates showing minimum 2 years as a Dental Technician
• Punjabi language certificate (Matriculation or equivalent)
• Caste/Category certificate (if applicable)
• Date of Birth certificate (Matriculation or equivalent)
• Recent passport-size photograph

Terms and Conditions

• The University reserves the right to increase, decrease, or not fill the advertised post without assigning a reason.
• Pay scales and allowances as per 7th CPC and Punjab Government instructions.
• Government employees must apply through proper channel with NOC.
• No TA/DA for written test, interview, or document verification.
• Applications with fee defaults or incomplete information will be rejected.
• Only recognized institutions’ qualifications will be accepted; unrecognized qualifications render a candidate ineligible.
