Instructions

Document Verification (DV) Guidelines

• Report to the venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
• Dress formally.
• Carry all original certificates and self-attested photocopies as required.
• Organize documents in a file for easy verification.
• Bring DV schedule printout and two government-issued photo IDs; maintain original documents for verification.
• Attendance is mandatory in person; mobile devices may not be allowed inside the hall.
• For any discrepancies in name or date of birth, carry supporting notarized affidavits or related documents.

Post-DV Process (Summary)

• Document scrutiny by the verification committee.
• Medical examination, if applicable.
• Final merit list and appointment letters for selected candidates.
