Assistant Professor

• B. Pharm. and M. Pharm / Pharm. D. in the relevant specialization with First Class or equivalent in either degree.

Associate Professor

• Ph.D. in the relevant field and First Class or equivalent at either the Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant branch.
• At least 6 research publications in SCI journals or UGC/AICTE approved journals.
• Minimum of 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience, including at least 2 years post-Ph.D. experience.

Professor

• Ph.D. in the relevant field and First Class or equivalent at either the Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant branch.
• Minimum of 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience, including at least 3 years at a level equivalent to Associate Professor.
• At least 6 research publications as an Associate Professor in SCI/UGC/AICTE journals and at least 2 Ph.D. guided as Supervisor/Co-supervisor; or at least 10 SCI publications as an Associate Professor until eligibility for promotion.
