Age Limit

• The applicant should not be more than 64 years of age as of 01-01-2026.
• Retired under VRS shall be considered only after attaining 60 years.
• Ex-Servicemen may have a lower age limit, with engagement up to a maximum of five years or until age 65, whichever is earlier.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma in Pharmacy is mandatory for the post.

Experience

• Retired executives (BHEL equivalent grade E2 or above) from PSUs/Autonomous Organizations/Central or State Government/Statutory Bodies may apply.
• Minimum of 30 years post-qualification experience as a pharmacist or in the field of pharmacy, supported by a work experience certificate.

Desirable

• Familiarity with PSU/Government policies governing pharmaceutical services.
