Age Limit

• Maximum 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.

Educational Qualifications

• MBA with Personnel/Finance specialization or a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management, Human Resource Management, or Finance from a recognized university or AICTE-approved institution.

Service Eligibility

• Option A: Persons holding an analogous post on a regular basis.
• Option B: Candidates in Level-6 of the Pay Matrix with 3 years of regular service.

• Notification Date: 30-05-2026
• Application Closing Date: Within 45 days from the date of publication in Employment News/Rozgar Samachar
• Selection Process Date: Will be intimated separately to shortlisted candidates

Additional Instructions

• This recruitment is on a deputation basis for eligible serving employees of Central Govt./State Govt./UT Govt./Statutory/Autonomous Bodies.
• Applications must be forwarded through the proper channel via Speed Post to the Director (Establishment), BIS, New Delhi, within 45 days from the date of publication in Employment News/Rozgar Samachar.
• The period of deputation is 2 years, with a possible extension of 1 year at BIS’s discretion.
• Regions covered include multiple BIS Regional Offices and Branch Offices/Labs across India.
• No application will be considered if not forwarded through the proper channel or if received via other modes.
• Ensure all attested copies of APARs, Vigilance Clearance, and Integrity Certificate are submitted with the application.
