Eligibility Details

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
• Postgraduate qualification in Labour Studies/Industrial Relations OR Factory Welfare Officer qualification OR 2+ years of experience in industrial relations within organizations with 500+ employees.

Language and Computer Skills

• Marathi language: equivalent to 12th standard level, 100 marks.
• Computer knowledge: DOEACC/NIELIT, MSBTE, or a Government-approved certificate.
