Age Detail

• Maximum age limit: 32 years as on 11-04-2026. No minimum age is explicitly stated in the notification.

Educational Qualifications and Age Limit

• Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts): First Class Graduate in B.Com or BBA from a recognised Indian university/institute, with CA (ICAI) or CMA (ICMAI). Age up to 32 years. Not essential (freshers eligible).
• Assistant Manager (Materials Management): Full-time Graduate Engineer in Mechanical / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognised Indian university/institute approved by AICTE. Desirable: qualifications in Materials Management / Contract Management / Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Import & Export Management. Age up to 32 years. Not essential (freshers eligible).
• Assistant Manager (Civil): Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Civil & Structural Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognised Indian university/institute approved by AICTE. Desirable: MBA qualification. Age up to 32 years. Not essential (freshers eligible).

Note

Candidates with qualifications in allied branches or equivalent disciplines other than those specified need not apply.

Application Fees

• General/OBC: ₹800 (DD in favour of "BNPM Recruitment Account" payable at Mysuru).
• SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen: Nil.

Fee must be paid by Demand Draft (valid for 3 months).

Important Instructions

• Applications must be submitted offline only, in the prescribed format available on www.bnpmindia.com, printed on one side of A4 paper.
• Send the completed application along with required documents and DD to the Chief General Manager (F&A), BNPMIPL, Mysuru by 11-04-2026 17:00 hrs.
• Superscribe the envelope with the post details and Advt. No. 02/2026 dtd. 06.03.2026.
• Only candidates meeting the specified eligibility should apply. Incomplete or late applications will be rejected.
• Outstation candidates called for interview will be reimbursed travel by the shortest route as per company rules.
• Selected candidates will be on probation for one year, extendable as per company rules.
